A typical interview day
It is usual to have the morning
of the interview day at one of our partnership schools and the
afternoon at York St John University
A typical day might be organised as
follows but will vary with each interview and partnership
school.

Interview with student panel and individual interviews,
including a 5 minute presentation |

Applicants will have lunch (a packed lunch is usually
provided) and depart for York St John
University. Applicants will need to make their own way to
York St John but will be reimbursed for this part of the
journey. |

Arrival at York St John and introduction form the PGCE
Secondary RE Head of Programme |
| 3.15pm |
Short skills tests, including literacy, numeracy and ICT |
| 4.15pm |
Campus tour - applicants will have the chance to view the
superb facilities available and speak to students currently
studying here at York St John University |
