2.61. The Admissions database (SITS) is
updated with the latest application information by a direct
download from the
GTTR
on a daily basis,
through an overnight process.
2.62. Paper application forms, on which
decisions are made, are received by the institution around 5 days
after the receipt of their electronic records. Decisions are only
made once a paper application has been received from the
GTTR
