3.36. Mitigating Circumstance

3.361. Applicants who feel that they have mitigating circumstances which need to be disclosed to the University should do so by letter to the Admissions Manager. Where mitigating circumstances are in connection with a qualification or its results, the letter should be from the relevant individual at the applicant’s school or college and again addressed to the Admissions Manager.

3.362. There is no guarantee of amendment to an application or decision in light of mitigating circumstances, but the outcome of any decision made will be communicated to the relevant party.
