Admissions Policy
3.81. The University is committed to
welcoming applicants who have been in Care and have received the
Frank
Buttle Charter mark as an endorsement. Applicants are advised
to indicate on their application forms and are encouraged to seek
advice on finance, University accommodation and other matters.
Applications to University courses will be assessed purely on
academic grounds.
3.82. Applicants will be contacted once
they have been made an offer if they have disclosed
they have been in Care.
3.83. There will be a key contact
within the University for those who have been in/are still in care
and wish to find out more information about the support available
to them.
