Fees and bursaries
Fees vary depending upon the programme of study and whether it
is full-time or part-time. For more information on current
postgraduate fees and how and when they should be paid, please

There may be a small number of bursaries available to help with

Funding
Possible sources of funding may be available depending upon
the programme of study that you wish to undertake.
- Charities, foundations and
trusts - available in most libraries and in most UK
university careers libraries:
- The Grants Register, published annually by
Palgrave Macmillan
- The Directory of Grant Making Trusts,
published annually by the Charities Aid Foundation
- Charities Digest, published annually by
Waterlow
- High street banks
- banks offer special facilities for students such as
student accounts, interest free overdrafts.
- Bursaries and studentships for research degrees at York

- Disabled Students’ Allowance
(DSA) - students with disabilities who are studying at
postgraduate level either full or part-time may be able to
claim DSA. Contact our Disability Service on T:01904
