We are launching a range of workshops that will give you

working life more enjoyable. The workshops are small,
practical and informative, led by our Business
Psychologist, Frances Dodd BSc (Hons), MSc, CPsychol.,
Senior Lecturer in Business Psychology.
Before joining York St John University Frances's background
was in Business, mainly in BAA Plc, a FTSE top 100 company. As a
Senior Manager at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, she undertook
various roles, with responsibilities including Project Manager for
the development of Terminal 3 with a budget of £82M, Service
Delivery Manager with responsibility for over 250 staff and the
introduction of Heathrow’s first Call Centre. Other roles were
Transport Strategy Manager at Gatwick Airport, Terminal 5 Planning
Manager and the implementation of an Airport-wide change management
programme.

Frances's Business experience, as well as
a MSc in Business Psychology, and Chartered member of the British
Psychological Society, means that she can effectively apply
psychological theory to the practical issues of the
workplace.
