Facilities Directorate

Introduction
The Facilities Directorate provides a wide
range of essential services which make a significant contribution
to the University and add value to University life.
With over 100 staff employed across all our
sites, we have a substantial range of experience with which to
support the university community. The Directorate is
responsible for services ranging from Accommodation to Estates,
Maintenance to Reception, as well as the management of our
outsourced Catering and Security operations.
Our key aim is to consistently deliver high quality services
that aim to exceed staff, student and visitor expectations. We
continually seek ways in which to improve our services and welcome
feedback both positive and negative. You can contact individual
