The Conference office
The conference team is committed to providing you with the
highest level of service. Our friendly, experienced staff will be
there for all your conference needs and will guide you through the
planning and execution of your event.
Conference registration
A member of the conference team will be on hand to welcome you
and your guests. Our friendly reception team will also check your
guests in on arrival if they are staying at our facilities. Upon
arrival, you and your guests will be advised on the University’s
health and safety and fire regulations. The Porters’ Lodge is
manned 24 hours a day should any of your guests have any
requirements when a member of the conference team is not
available.
Technical support
We are able to provide a wide range of audio visual and media
equipment and our team of qualified technicians are happy to
discuss your requirements and offer advice on any technical aspect
of your event. Dedicated technical support is available on
request.
