IT Services
There are hundreds of PCs across the campus, including some
24-hour availability. You can use these to access your learning
materials, our Virtual Learning Environment, e-mail and a variety
of software, which includes the full Microsoft Office suite. Media
editing suites, scanning and full printing facilities are also
available.
Once enrolled, you will be given a
University e-mail address and personal secure storage space on the
network.
If you are off campus, any Internet
connected PC can access a range of University services including
e-mail, library services and the Virtual Learning Environment
amongst others. There are a number of ‘hotspot’ areas across the
campus and in some of our student accommodation, where, if you have
an appropriate laptop, you can connect to our WiFi service.
